The Aizen Real Leather Strap

The Aizen real leather strap rests wonderfully around the neck, giving you comfort and ease of play. The meticulously designed shaped neck-pad distributes the weight of the sax across both shoulders, putting the minimum stress on your neck as you play.
The braided cord, 3 mm thick, fastens tightly onto the neck-pad through eyelets. It moves freely with the sax as you play.
The metal slide is black nickel plated and combines a firm grip with easy adjustability. The large metal hook is also black nickel plated to reduce friction, so you don’t need to worry about wear and tear on the strap ring.
You can adjust the length in the blink of an eye, so this strap works great in a big-band setting, where you may have to switch lots of times between playing sitting down and playing standing up.
■Length: 45 cm when folded; maximum length 59 cm
■Suitable for both alto and tenor sax

The Aizen Microfiber Polish Cloth

The polyester material of this cloth is extremely fine, with a raised nap and just the right thickness.
The specially teated fibers prevents the sax causing problems with airtightness for the pads. It also works well with the normal kinds of finishes you find on other wind instruments -€ lacquer, gold and silver gilding, and non-lacquer finishes, too.
The Aizen microfiber polish cloth is very gentle on the surface of an instrument, so it’s perfect for wrapping your sax neck or mouthpiece in when you’re not using them, or protecting the bell when it’s stuffed into a carry-pack.
■Size: 40 cm square

Aizen Pad Cleaning Paper

Of all the countries in the world, maybe Japan’s the most in love with paper and papermaking. We’re building on a tradition of a thousand years when we make our pad cleaning paper at Aizen.
Aizen’s pad cleaning paper has really exceptional absorbency, strength and durability. We’re confident that you can look around and not find better. Its handy size and thickness make it good for cleaning pads however big they may be, and it also keeps them from getting sticky.

Aizen Cork Grease

Our special high-grade cork grease has just the right degree of stickiness to keep things from getting clogged up. It comes in an easy-to-use lipstick type holder. Because it has a perfect thickness, you can stick it onto the neck cork nice and thin, just like lipstick. And then in with the mouthpiece. No need to worry about getting it on your hands.
With our cork grease layered on the joint cork, you’ll feel it very smooth as you remove the mouthpiece and put it in, or adjust the pitch and so on. You feel a better connection between the neck and mouthpiece, too.

The Aizen Mouthpiece Patch

Our mouthpiece patches are in perfect thickness. You don’t feel anything odd or different with your playing style or embouchure. Aizen patches are durable things that last a whole lot longer than other ones you’ll see around. And they definitely keep teeth marks and other forms of nastiness well away from your mouthpiece.
When we were coming up with the design for our patch, we just went all out to make it feel good -€ the right hardness, the right kind of non-slip feeling, but not too hard on the front teeth, and smooth enough for comfort. We think we got the balance right. You’ll never feel it slip when you’re up on stage, but you can pull the patch off easily as the need arises. It’s all in the way we get them attached to the piece in the first place.
Aizen patches are longer than the norm, and very slightly narrower. We make them with a clear resin. So they go together nicely with any kind of mouthpiece, metal or hard rubber, and you get a good feel off them. Our patches don’t taste or smell of anything either, so they stay out of your way and let you get on with playing.

The Aizen Swab

The Aizen swab uses ultra-soft, absorbent silk material that wipes off the inner parts of your sax efficiently and with no scratching. The folded swab expands inside the sax, absorbing moisture. And there’s no risk of the swab getting blocked or suchlike.
The weight at the end of the strap is not too heavy and not too light. In both weight and shape, it’s designed to be easy to use, and not to damage the body if it should happen to bump up against it during use.
You can use our swab on both the sax body and the neck, so this is the only one you need to keep your instrument in top shape.

AIZEN Swab for ALTO SAXOPHONE:$22.00

At Aizen, we offer a range of necks in three types with two different curves. They’re suitable for professional-model alto and tenor saxes.

The Classic Neck Curve
This is a neck good for a wide range of playing styles, from classical to pop. The sound is bright, and the airflow’s outstandingly smooth and easy.
Brass Sax Neck
This is the standard saxophone neck.
Silver Sax Neck
This puts out a deeper and more powerful sound than the brass neck, with good resonance. The tone’s also a bit brighter.
Copper Sax Neck
The sound is softer than the brass neck, and warmer. The tone is a bit darker.

The Aizen Alto/Tenor Sax Case

We had a number of things in mind with the Aizen sax case with good protection for the sax, of course, and also having it easy to carry around and easy to open and close. And we wanted something really durable. We didn’t skimp on the research here.
The Aizen sax case comes with three handles in two places. It’s easy to carry however you want to. If it’s being held upright, there are two snapons to prevent the instrument from falling if someone forgot to close the zip. Then, if you’re walking around with it held lengthwise, there are straps to let you put it on your shoulder.
The cushioning inside the case uses ultra lightweight, shock-absorbent expanded polythene. The whole case is light enough for anyone to carry with ease.
Along with a space for the sax body, there’s a holder for the neck and another for the mouthpiece. The side pocket is big enough to hold all the accessories you need.
