Mouthpieces can be returned in thirty (14) days from date from receipt. Mouthpieces must be returned in NEW condition for a full refund(excluding shipping charges). You must notify us of your intent to return by submitting our return form online. Ship the mouthpiece(s) with a copy of receipt to the address below. Refund will be made via PayPal once item has been received and inspected.
Customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges on all returned mouthpieces.

Scratches and damges:
Please be careful not to make scratches or bite marks on mouthpieces during the trial period. Please use mouthpiece patch all the time and be careful not to make scratches from ligature. We don’t acccept returns of damaged mouthpieces, we will ship it back to you when we find them in returned items.
